The Relationship Between Sportsmanship And Happiness (A Research On Martial Arts Athletes)

This study was carried out to determine and reveal the contribution of martial arts mental health such as sportsmanship happiness well physical health. The present study, conducted with participation Taekwondo kickboxing branch sportsmen, aims examine relationship between happiness. population consists licensed taekwondo while sample group 198 166 kickbox players, selected by sampling method, who have accepted voluntarily participate in (Age, M=15,00 ± Sd= 2.98). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) performed for research scales. In addition descriptive statistics, correlation regression analyses were also included within scope relational model. As a result, we can say that there are positive relationships orientation happiness, their commitment values increases, shall increase.
